Who operates this site?
Nsix Digital, Switzerland. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact nicolas@nsixdigital.com.
Optional video analytics
Only after you accept, we count video resource page views and clicks to NoteSix using PostHog Cloud EU. Events contain the video code, event type, time, site and environment. We do not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, call content, full browsing URLs or your IP address to PostHog. We do not record sessions or create individual profiles.
A public video code is added to the NoteSix sign-up link after you accept here. NoteSix collects its own analytics choice before attributing a registration. Your choice here does not automatically apply there. Refusing never prevents access to the resources or registration.
Your choice and retention
Analytics relies on your consent. “Privacy settings” lets you accept, refuse or withdraw at any time. Your choice is stored locally for six months; no analytics is sent before acceptance. Withdrawal stops future tracking and does not undo lawful processing before withdrawal. PostHog events are retained for up to one year. Visit counts are not unique visitor counts.
Hosting and providers
Cloudflare delivers and protects this site and may process technical request information for security and operation. Google Fonts serves the site’s typeface and receives technical information when your browser requests it. PostHog processes the optional analytics described above. See PostHog’s privacy information and NoteSix’s privacy policy for the separate app.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data and complain to your competent supervisory authority. We do not attach these analytics events to your account, so we may be unable to identify an individual event from your email address alone.
